This package starts with a consultation to better understand your thought process, class, and expectations. We'll also go over any questions or concerns you may have. At the end of the consultation, we'll schedule a shoot date for your project and agree on a location.

On the shoot day, all parties will arrive at the agreed upon location on time. Set up and equipment testing will begin. When everyone is ready, we'll move into shooting. You will present your lecture as you would in a typical classroom scenario as cameras roll. Don't forget to smile and breathe!

After shooting, break down and packing begins. Onto editing!

 

Included with the purchase of this package is full editing for your project. This includes non-linear editing of footage, sound, and color. Slides, scanned images, and/or videos can be edited into the final exported video if delivered in person or through email no later than shoot day.

The final edited project will be finished, uploaded to Google Drive, and sent to you within two weeks unless otherwise agreed upon. Download and get that bad boy uploaded to wherever you need it!

THINGS TO NOTE:

 

On the day of shooting, 1 hour of set up, 1 hour of shoot time, and 1 half hour of break down is included with the price of this package (a 2.5 hour slot). An additional hour can be added to shoot time for an increase of $50. The total time, after purchasing an additional hour, would be 1 hour of set up, 2 hours of shoot time, and 1 half hour of break down (a 3.5 hour slot).

 

Hair, makeup, and professional attire for yourself will need to be completed to your liking before shooting. Hair, makeup, and attire are not included.

Please feel free to include any professional personal items to the set decorating. This includes textbooks, artwork, statues, photos, plants, teaching aids, etc. However, you will be responsible for bringing items to and from the shooting location. You also assume the risk for potential damage to personal items brought to the shooting location.

​

This package is for 1 lecture recording. However, we understand that typical semesters run for about 16 weeks with professors teaching somewhere between 1-3 lectures a week per class. Most professors are teaching multiple classes every semester. That's a lot! Reach out and we can offer a deal if you're interested in semester long lecture recordings.

Pease download from Google Drive and save the finished file to your own device as soon as possible. We love our clients, but files take up a lot of space! Attic Salt Entertainment reserves the right to remove files from the Google Drive after a period of 30 days. We'd hate for you to lose your lecture, download right away!
